At Arthur Hunt, as well as at two other executive search firms, she served as a consultant to a diverse pool of clients, including IBM, Deloitte, and Vodafone, across a variety of industries to source, assess, screen, place and monitor top-flight managerial level candidates. At CVO group, a recruiting agency, Maria worked cross-functionally throughout a 7 year period to spearhead a host of business development initiatives and client recruiting engagements.
